This Privacy Policy describes how FormFix ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when using the FormFix app ("the App" or "Service").

A. User-Provided Data: Uploaded videos, images, account details, and preferences. B. Automatic Data: Device type, usage analytics, diagnostics, and crash logs. C. Sensitive Data: Voluntary footage of physical movement used for AI analysis.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to provide AI analysis, improve accuracy, enhance features, conduct research, and maintain security.

3. AI Processing

Your User Content (including uploaded photos, video frames, selected sport/activity, and chat messages) is processed using third-party AI services to generate analysis and coaching feedback.

Third-Party AI Provider: We use Google's Gemini AI (operated by Google LLC) via a secure API gateway to process your data. When you use the form analysis or AI coaching chat features, the content you provide is sent to Google for processing.

Google may process this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not sell User Content or use it for advertising. AI processing only occurs after you provide explicit consent within the app.

4. Data Sharing

We may share data with the following third parties:

• Google LLC (Gemini AI): Photos, video frames, sport selection, and chat messages are sent for AI analysis and coaching feedback.
• Secure cloud providers: For data storage and infrastructure.
• Analytics partners: For app usage analytics (no personal content is shared).

We do not sell personal data. Third-party providers are required to protect your data with the same or equivalent safeguards.

5. Data Retention

We retain User Content as required for core functionality and accuracy improvements. You may request deletion.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion, correction, or export of your data where permitted by law.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

8. Security

We use encryption, secure storage, and industry-standard protections.

9. International Transfers
