Welcome to FormFix , provided by RALCON LLC. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
   
   You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
   
   
2. Description of Service
   
   The App provides AI-generated sports technique analysis, form breakdowns, training insights, and educational content. The App does not provide medical, clinical, or professional coaching advice.
   
   
3. No Professional Advice
   
   All results and suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only. The App does not diagnose or treat injuries and does not replace a certified trainer, coach, or medical provider. You assume all responsibility and risk associated with training and physical activity.
   
   
4. Assumption of Risk
   
   Sports and exercise involve inherent risk. By using the App, you agree that you participate in physical activity at your own risk and release the Company from liability related to injuries or damages.
   
   
5. User Content
   
   You may upload videos, images, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, and use your User Content to operate and improve the App. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload and use this content.
   
   
6. Privacy
   
   Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. We comply with Apple privacy guidelines, including data minimization, clear consent, and transparency.
   
   
7. Payments
   
   Any purchases or subscriptions made through the App are processed by Appleʼs in-app purchase system. Refunds are governed by Apple, not the Company.
   
   
8. Prohibited Behavior
   
   You agree not to misuse the App. This includes, but is not limited to: uploading harmful or illegal content, reverse engineering the App, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with AI processing, or using the App in unsafe environments.
   
   
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
   
   The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI results, error-free operation, or performance improvements based on App recommendations.
   
   
10. Limitation of Liability
    
    To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injuries or losses arising from training or reliance on App outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of fifty dollars (50 USD) or the amount paid by you in the previous twelve months.
    
    
11. Indemnification
    
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
    
    
12. Apple Third-Party Beneficiary
    
    You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the Company only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims relating to it. Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.
    
    
13. Termination
    
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends.
    
    
14. Governing Law
    
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Companyʼs jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
